Tenant improvements for 4,800sf restaurant space within newly completed retail shell building.  Structural considerations include free-standing, steel-framed canopy for 700sf outdoor dining patio, support of various MEP and kitchen equipment (kitchen hoods; rooftop units), custom wine rack display structure, P.O.S. suspended ceiling feature, custom “street-light” fixture attachment, and menu-board support features.
