Three iconic residential structures on premier coastal view lot overlooking the renown La Jolla Cove.  Project includes a public access stairway between the homes, linking Prospect St. and Coast Blvd. for pedestrian thru-traffic. Project is located within a steep hillside lot, with retained heights of up to 43’.  Primary earth retention element is an independent buttress wall, constructed from the top down using drilled soil nails and shotcrete facing.
